According to the claim registered by N213, the Subject of the Dispute is the Constitutionality of the second Sentence of Paragraph 1 of article 22 of the law of Georgia “On the Capital of Georgia – Tbilisi” in relation to Articles 14 and 39 of the Constitution of Georgia, and according to the constitutional claim registered by N243, the Subject of the Dispute is the issue of Constitutionality of subparagraph “b” of paragraph 3 of Article 10 of the Organic law of Georgia “on local self-government and Government”, “(on dismissal of a Mayor of Poti)” the words separated with brackets of the first sentence of paragraph 4 of Article 13 and the Second Sentence of subparagraph “u” of Paragraph 1 of Article 26 – “A Mayor of Poti who disclaims his responsibilities before the President of Georgia is the exception” in relation to Article 14 of the Constitution of Georgia.
