 Born on January 29, 1971 in Tbilisi.

Graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law (2002), with specialty of Law.

During 1993-2000 hold different positions at the of Georgia: Head of the Directorate for Preparation and Provision of Sessions at the Organizational Department; Head of Session Hall Service at Organizational Department; Head of Organizational Department; Deputy Head of the Apparatus of the Parliament of Georgia in Legislative Activities.

During 1994-1995 was a member of Central Election Commission of Georgia.

During 2000-2003 was a Deputy Minister of Justice at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia; Head of the National Forensics Bureau of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. Chairperson of the Commission for Selection and Certification at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.

In 2003 was granted a Special State Title – State Justice Advisor with the Decree by the President of Georgia.

During 2012-2013 was a Member of the Parliament of Georgia of the 8th Convocation; Chairperson of the Procedural Issues and Rules Committee; Member of the Legal Issues Committee; Member of Defense and Security Committee. Member of the Treasury Board - Advisory Body of the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia; Member of the Commission for Selection and Certification of the Parliament of Georgia. Member of the Fraction “Georgian Dream” and Majority; Initiator and author of 36 Draft Laws.

During 2012-2013 was a member of Organizational Committee for publication of “Draft Constitutional Law of Georgia” upon proposing amendments in the Constitutional Law of Georgia (№07-3/106, 13.06.2013), “Draft Constitutional Law of Georgia” upon “Amendments and Addenda into the Constitution of Georgia” (№07-3/107, 13.06.2013) and “Draft Constitutional Law of Georgia” upon proposing amendments in the Constitutional Law of Georgia (№07-3/108, 13.06.2013) and their overall public review.

During 2012-2013 was a Member of Inter-Fraction Group working on the Election Issues at the Parliament of Georgia.

During 2013-2017 was PhD Student of Georgian-American University.

During 2013-2016 was an Assistant to President in National Security Issues at the National Security Council of Georgia, Secretary of Security Council in National Security Issues.

On September 12, 2016 was appointed as the member of the Constitutional Court of Georgia with the Decree N 231 issued by the President of Georgia. She started to exercise the authority of the Judge on October 2, 2016 from the day of oath-taking.

In 2019 was granted a degree of PhD in Law.

Is a Visiting Lecturer at the Caucasus Law School and International Black Sea University, lecturing in Juvenile Justice and Constitutional Law.

Since 2023,  has been an affiliated Associate Professor of International  Black Sea International University

Has a good command of English and Russian Languages.

Has a spouse and two children.
