JUSTICEBorn on February 13, 1966 in Dedoplistkaro District.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (1994), with specialty of Law.
During 1994 – 1995 was an Investigator at Poti Regional Military Prosecutors’ Office.
During 1995 – 1998 was an Investigator at Telavi Regional Military Prosecutors’ Office.
During 1998 – 2002 was an Assistant to Prosecutor General at Telavi Regional Military Prosecutors’ Office.
During 2002 – 2004 was a Deputy Prosecutor General at Telavi Regional Military Prosecutors’ Office.
During 2004 – 2006 was a Chief Investigator at Investigatory Division of Kakheti Precinct Prosecutor’s Office.
In 2006 was a Judge Sighnaghi Regional Court (Chairperson of the Court).
During 2011 – 2013 was a Judge at Khelvachauri District Court.
During 2013 –2016 was a Judge at Batumi City Court.
During 2016 - 2019 was a Judge at Khelvachauri District Court (Chairperson of the Court).
During 2019 – 2020 was a Judge at the Chamber of Criminal Cases at Tbilisi Court of Appeal.
On April 3, 2020 he was appointed as a member of the Constitutional Court of Georgia by the decision of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Georgia N3/pl. He started to exercise the authority of the Judge from the day of oath-taking, April 8, 2020.
Has a good command of Russian and English Languages.
Has a spouse and one child.
