Visit of the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania
Today, Vice President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Ms. Manana Kobakhidze hosted the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to Georgia H.E. Andrius Kalindra.
At the meeting the parties discussed the issues of cooperation between the Constitutional Courts of Georgia and the Republic of Lithuania in the frame of bilateral as well as multilateral formats, importance of powers of the Constitutional Courts in the Republic of Lithuania and Georgia.
At the same time, they focused on the role of the judiciary in the implementation of the European integration of the state and on giving a European perspective.
Ambassador Kalindra expressed his support for Georgia's European aspirations and the reforms implemented in this direction.
