Visit of the Delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand
On October 6, 2023, the Delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand consisting of the Justices and Members of the Court Apparatus paid an official working visit to the Constitutional Court of Georgia.
President of the Constitution Court of Georgia Prof. Dr. Merab Turava and Vice President of the Court Ms. Manana Kobakhidze met with the members of the Delegation and introduced the organization, authorities and rules of proceedings of the Constitutional Court of Georgia to the members of the delegation.
In the frame of the visit, the Memorandum of Understanding was signed which considers establishing cooperation between the Constitutional Courts of Georgia and the Kingdom of Thailand, sharing experiences and information on the issues of the case law and legislation.
