Constitutional Court of Georgia Hosts the Delegation of the Constitutional Court of Moldova
The Constitutional Court of Georgia hosted the delegation of the Constitutional Court of Moldova. Today, the guests were welcomed by the Vice President of the Constitutional Court Mr. Teimuraz Tughushi.
The delegation comprised of the lawyers of the Constitutional Court of Moldova is on a study visit to Georgia. During three days, Moldovan colleagues will get introduced with the process of legal proceedings at the Constitutional Court of Georgia, powers and practice of the Constitutional Court of Georgia. Besides this, discussion on the role of the constitutional legal proceedings in the judiciary system of Georgia will be discussed. The members of the delegation of the Constitutional Court of Moldova will meet and share experience with the legal advisors of the Department of Research and Legal Provision at the Constitutional Court of Georgia.
Study visit will be completed on December 18.
