Head of the Council of Europe Office in Georgia Ms. Natalia Vutova Visited the Constitutional Court of Georgia
On July 2, 2021 the Head of the Council of Europe Office in Georgia Ms. Natalia Vutova paid an official visit at the premises of the Constitutional Court of Georgia and was hosted by the President of the Constitutional Court Prof. Dr. Merab Turava.
The parties talked about the peculiarities of the authority of the Georgian Constitutional Court and the President Turava gave tour of the Court building to Ms. Natalia Vutova.
The President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia thanked Ms. Natalia Vutova for the continuous support and close cooperation between the Constitutional Court and the Council of Europe.
Visit served as a part of the working meeting dedicated to the presentation of the report on Constitutional Justice in Georgia of 2020 participating by the representatives of the Constitutional Court of Georgia, Administration of the President of Georgia, members and apparatus of the Parliament of Georgia, Public Defender’s Office of Georgia, Non-Governmental, International Donor Organizations and academia.
