Meeting with the representatives of Media
Today, the Justices of the Constitutional Court of Georgia and the members of the Apparatus hold a meeting with the representatives of the media. Practical issues related to the public communication of the Constitutional Court were discussed, including media reports on the landmark decisions of the Court demonstrating the impact of the Court’s decisions in selected areas, such as Due Process, Criminal Policy or Political Participation, based on the human stories behind these cases.
The meeting was held in the frame of the Georgian Law Institute project “Popularizing the Case Law of the Constitutional Court in Media” at the Hotel Radisson, Batumi. The above-mentioned project is implemented with the support of EU/CoE co-funded Programme “Support to the Judicial Reform in Georgia” and EWMI/PRLoG Promoting Rule of Law in Georgia.
