Visit of the Professor Arkadiusz Wudarski
Today, Professor Arkadiusz Wudarski from the European University Viadrina visited the Constitutional Court of Georgia and introduced the outcome of the research project: “Practice of misuse of state powers and insufficient intervention of the state’s powers in family life” to the personnel of the apparatus of the Court.
At the end of the presentation, Professor Wudarski met with the President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Prof. Dr. Merab Turava and discussed cooperation opportunities.
Professor Arkadiusz Wudarski is the President of the Georgian-Polish Lawyers’ Association. The aim of the Association is the approximation of Georgian and Polish Law with respect to the principles of academic freedom and ethics and supporting the development of justice.
