DELEGATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF GEORGIA PAYS A WORKING VISIT IN WARSAW

The delegation of the Constitutional Court of Georgia with the composition of Mr. Merab Turava, Mr. Teimuraz Tughushi, Ms. Eva Gotsiridze and Mr. Tamaz Tsabutashvili is paying an official visit to the Republic of Poland to participate in the International Scientific Conference on  Criminal Law. The event commemorates 100th anniversary of establishing  Criminal-Law Division of  the Polish Criminal Law Codification Commission  and is  organized by the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland.

The topic of the conference is to discuss a number of actual issues of the criminal law. The representatives of the bodies exercising constitutional control are participating in the event, as well as the prominent legal scientists from various countries of the world.

The conference was opened on November 21. Mr. Merab Turava made a speech before the participants of the conference and talked about the criminal  standards  in  the  practice of the  Constitutional Court of Georgia.  

Working of the conference was completed on November 22.
