Forum on “Transformation of the Capacity Institute based on the Case Law of the Constitutional Court of Georgia”

The President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Prof. Dr. Merab Turava and Members of the Constitutional Court Manana Kobakhidze, Giorgi Kverenchkhiladze and Giorgi Tevdorashvili participated in the Forum on the “Transformation of the Capacity Institute based on the Case law of the Constitutional Court of Georgia” organized by the Center for Law and Economy. The Dean of the School of Law, Professor Ketevan Tskhadadze welcomed the participants, which was followed by the discussion. The event was attended by the academia representatives.

In the frame of the event, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Constitutional Court of Georgia and the Center for Law and Economy.

The Center for Law and Economy is a structural unit jointly founded by Alte University and Tbilisi State University providing legal-ecomomic expertise as well as incorporating research outcomes into practice.
