The President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Merab Turava and the Vice President Manana Kobakhidze held a meeting with the head of the election observation mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) Owen Murphy.
The President and the Vice President of the Constitutional Court informed the Head of the Mission about the powers and procedure of the Constitutional Court in relation to the consideration of election disputes.
The meeting also focused on the established practice of the Constitutional Court, which is relevant during the election process.
