Meeting with the USAID/Georgia Rule of Law Program Expert
Today, the Justices of the Constitutional Court of Georgia held a meeting with the USAID/Georgia Rule of Law Program Expert Mr. Radoslav Procházka.
The expert will develop proposals to improve the rules governing legal proceedings at the Constitutional Court. From this point of view, the meeting was devoted to the identification of potential legislative gaps and ways to solve them in the direction of increasing the accessibility and efficiency of constitutional proceedings.
