Members of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Left for Minsk by the invitation of the Constitutional Court of Belarus
Members of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Mr. Giorgi Kverenchkhilaze and Mr. Tamaz Tsabutashvili paid a working visit in Minsk, where they participated in the event dedicated to 25th Anniversary of the Constitutional Court of Belarus.
Within the scope of this visit, a conference on “Modern Constitutional Development: the Role of the Constitutional Review in Constitutionalization of Law” was held. Mr. Giorgi Kverenchkhiladze made presentation before the participants of the conference and talked about the peculiarities of electing a systemic model of the Constitutional Justice.
The Case-Law of the Constitutional Court of Georgia of 2018 have been included in the Electronic Bulletin on Constitutional Case-Law ("e-Bulletin”) produced by the European Commission for Democracy through Law, better known as the Venice Commission.
