The scientific journal "Legal Culture" is an updated version of previous journals of the Constitutional Court of Georgia, which aims at providing Georgian and foreign authors with an opportunity to publish scientific articles. The journal features several innovations: it has been assigned a unique international DOI code; the scientific articles are published in printed form, while their electronic versions will be available on the journal's independent newly created website - www.legalculture.ge.
The editor of the journal is Professor Beka Kantaria, Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Provision and Research of the Constitutional Court of Georgia, while the editorial board is composed of distinguished Georgian and foreign legal scholars. "Legal Culture" includes several sections. Alongside academic studies, readers will find popular publications on historical and contemporary legal issues in the following sections: "Dialogue of Constitutionalism," "Monumenta Iuris," and "Judicial Biographies."

The first issue of the publication is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of Georgia.
The reader will be acquainted with popular-scientific articles on Hegel's philosophy of law, legal challenges of cadaveric donation, hate speech on social media, the legal-technological aspects of digital governance, legal issues of protecting cultural heritage and the interpretation of the Constitution and constitutional procedural acts by the Constitutional Court. This time, the reader will also find a Georgian-language translation of the text of the 1812 Constitution of Spain and an English-language publication by Professor Vladimer Makashvili on the scholarly and creative work of the distinguished Georgian lawyer Mr. Luarsab Andronikashvili. Each scientific article is assigned a unique DOI code.

The journal "Legal Culture" is published twice a year.
