Visit of Justice Eva Gotsiridze in Strasbourg
On 26 January, Justice of the Constitutional Court of Georgia, Ms. Eva Gotsiridze paid a visit to Strasbourg, the Republic of France, where she participated in the Opening of the Judicial Year of the European Court of Human Rights.
The abovementioned event included a seminar on the topic: “Revisiting subsidiarity in the age of shared responsibility” and a solemn hearing of the European Court of Human Rights.
The event was attended by Presidents and Justices of Higher Instance Courts of the Council of Europe member states, as well as representatives of other relevant international organisations. In the frame of the visit, Ms. Eva Gotsiridze held meetings with judges of the European Court of Human Rights, as well as with the representatives of national courts and the Council of Europe.
